How to make it

  • Heat oil in a soucepan and fry onions, carrots, garlic & oregano for 5 minutes.
  • Add tomato puree, beans, tomatos & chicken stock.
  • Bring to the boil cover & simmer for about 1 hour or until veg is just tender.
  • Stir in chilli, pasta, coriander & parsley.
  • Simmer for 1/2 hour or until pasta is cooked.
  • Season to taste.
