Creamy Spinach Salad Recipe

Ingredients

1 bunch spinach stemmed

1 small red onion cut into rings

1/2 pound bacon cooked and drained

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 tablespoons white wine vinegar

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

Directions

Mix together the mayonnaise, white wine vinegar and sugar then allow to stand for 90 minutes.

Clean and dry the spinach leaves then tear into bite size pieces and place in salad bowl.

Spread onion rings over top of spinach then crumble bacon and put over top.

Top with dressing and serve immediately.
