I was looking for a stoganoff recipy. This is my creation from many of the recipys that I saw. I hope you enjoy.

Ingredients
  • 2 pounds steak
  • 2-3 cups mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 dashes whorstershire sauce
  • 2 Tbs butter
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 large onion
  • 1-2 tbs chilli sauce
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt & pepper to taist

Directions
  1. Simply slice the steak and onion into thin strips
  2. heat the butter
  3. add steak and onion into the hot pot
  4. brown the two together
  5. then add the rest of the items
  6. let simmer for 20min
  7. then serve over egg noodle or potatos
