How to make it

  • Saute the onion, sweet potato, and garlic in the olive oil for 5 minutes
  • Add the stock
  • Add all the seasonings except the tamari
  • Simmer for 15 minutes
  • Add the celery, tomato, green pepper and chick peas
  • Simmer until the vegetable are tender.
  • Add the tamari just before serving.
