These are easy cookies to make and REALLY yummy! Not sure what the name is supposed to be though so I just gave it the name of my freind that shared the recipe!

Ingredients
  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • Filling:
  • 2TBS butter softened
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • 2- 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar (I used just a bit more to taste!)
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions
  1. Mix together and roll in walnut size balls.
  2. Do not flatten.
  3. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
  4. You'll see the cookies get all crinkly on top.
  5. When cool, cut in half and spread filling in the middle.
  6. Put halves back together.
