This frosting was so easy and it was wonderful! It worked like a charm to coat the cake beautifully!

Ingredients
  • 8 oz finely chopped plain baking chocolate
  • 1 cup whipping cream

Directions
  1. Heat the whipping cream and chocolate in a small pot on low heat until chocolate is melted.
  2. Pour mixture into a medium sized bowl.
  3. Put into the refrigerator to cool.
  4. Once cooled, whip until icing is spreading consistency.
