24 Hour Salad

- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 tbsps lemon juice shopping list
- 4 tbsps sugar shopping list
- 2 tbsps butter shopping list
- 2 bananas (cut into 1/2" slices) shopping list
- 2 oranges (cut in pieces) shopping list
- 14 ozs. fruit cocktail (well drained) shopping list
- 14 ozs. crushed pineapple (well drained) shopping list
- 2 cups mini marshmellows shopping list
- 1 cup Cool Whip shopping list
How to make it
- Beat eggs well and place in a double boiler, add lemon juice and sugar beating constantly until thick and smooth.
- Add butter and cool.
- When cooled , fold in cool whip and fruit mixture.
- Place in a 9x12 pan and put in the fridge for 24 hrs. Cut into squares and serve.
