How to make it

  • Pre heat oven to 375 degrees
  • Place mushroom caps stem side up in roasting pan
  • drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper
  • place crab meat in cap, top with buckwheat pilaf, top with mashed squash/sweet potato spreading to the edge of mushroom cap
  • Then frost with sour cream and bake for 40 minutes. For the last 5 minutes crumb feta cheese, sprinkle with chili powder on top return to oven. Serve and enjoy.
