How to make it

  • 1. In a bowl mix together garlic, vinegar, rosemary, sage, ginger, pepper, salt, and basil.
  • 2. Brush Lamb chops on both sides and place in a covered container in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
  • 3. preheat broiler.
  • 4. Cook Lamb chops turning frequently.
  • 5. Serve on a warm plate with lemon slice as garnish.
