Stadium Salsa Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Place all ingredients in large bowl and mix thoroughly (except parslay)
  • Place in 5 x 9 meatloaf pan
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees, then bake uncovered for approx 1 hour
  • After an hour, remove meatloaf from oven, top with prepared glaze then bake additional 10 minutes, then add fresh parslay
