This removes boring meatloaf from the table and replaces it with a meatloaf that you and your family and guests will enjoy and talk about for days!

Ingredients
  • 2 lbs ground beef (lean)
  • 1/4 cup Stadium Salsa
  • 1/2 cup Spicy Mustard Relish by Stadium Salsa
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 2 tsp fresh ground pepper
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp parslay
  • For top glaze, mix 1/3 cup ketchup, 1/4 cup Spicy Mustard Relish in a bowl

Directions
  1. Place all ingredients in large bowl and mix thoroughly (except parslay)
  2. Place in 5 x 9 meatloaf pan
  3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees, then bake uncovered for approx 1 hour
  4. After an hour, remove meatloaf from oven, top with prepared glaze then bake additional 10 minutes, then add fresh parslay
