Crushed Blueberry Sauce

                    - 3c fresh blueberries or frozen(thawed)(13 to 14 oz.),divided shopping list
- 2/3c(packed) golden brown sugar shopping list
- 2tsp fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2tsp finely grated lemon peel shopping list
- pinch of salt shopping list
How to make it 
                    - Combine 11/2c blueberries and all remaining ingredients in med. saucepan. Stir over med. heat until sugar dissolves and mixture comes to a simmer,about 7 mins.
- Reduce heat to med-low and simmer till berries are very soft and liquid is sypupy,stirring often,about 7 mins. Remove from heat;add remaining blueberries.
- Using back of spoon,gently press fresh berries against the side of the pan until lightly crushed..Note: Can be made 2 days ahead. Cover and chill. Serve chilled or rewarm before serving,if desired.
