NACHO CHICKEN This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Stricter Estate in Huntsville, Texas in 1987.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • 3/4 cup chopped celery
  • 8 ounce softened cream cheese
  • 12 ounce bottle hot pepper sauce
  • 1/4 cup white cheddar cheese

Directions
  1. Cook celery in hot sauce over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cream cheese then heat 5 minutes.
  3. Transfer to baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes then top with cheddar.
  4. Return to oven and heat 5 minutes to allow cheese to melt.
