How to make it

  • Cook potatoes in boiling water for 12 minutes then drain and cool.
  • Slice off bottom end of each potato so it sits upright and slice off 1/3 of top.
  • Scoop out potato and fill with a dollop of sour cream then top with walnut hugs.
  • Tuck in a sprig of dill then serve immediately.
