Chicken With Linguini Florentine

- 8 chicken thighs shopping list
- 4 tablespoons butter melted shopping list
- 4 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic minced shopping list
- 1 large yellow onion cut into rings shopping list
- 16 ounce package linguini shopping list
- 20 ounces frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained well shopping list
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
How to make it
- In baking dish place butter and olive then sprinkle with salt, red pepper and garlic.
- Add onion rings and arrange chicken on top skin side up.
- Place in preheated 400 oven and bake uncovered 40 minutes.
- Prepare pasta while chicken is cooking then remove chicken from pan and keep warm.
- Add spinach to onion mixture then toss and return to oven and heat 5 minutes.
- Add drained pasta to open spinach mixture in baking pan and toss.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and toss again.
- Pile pasta in middle of platter and place chicken around sides then serve immediately.
