Brussel Sprout Soup Recipe
This is the perfect winter meal! Add some crusty bread and your meal is ready!

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1 clove of minced garlic
  • 1chopped onion
  • 10.6 ounce of brussel spouts(chopped)
  • 1 tbsp. of fennel(crushed)
  • 1.0 pint of vegetable stock
  • 1 large potatoe
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
  • a dashof nutmeg

Directions
  1. Begin by adding some olive oil to a pan over medium flame.
  2. Then you can saute the onions and garlic, and potatoes until the onions and potatoe are tender.
  3. Next you will add in brussel sprouts, and stir until brussel sprouts are tender.
  4. Scatter the fennel seeds and let this fry for about half a minute.
  5. Then you can pour in your stock and let this come to a boil.
  6. Add your salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Now you will pour this mixture into the food processor.
  8. Puree for several minutes until creamy.
  9. Put this back into the pan and let simmer.
  10. Add nutmeg for extra flavor.
  11. Enjoy!
