Brussel Sprout Soup

- 2 tbsp. olive oil shopping list
- 1 clove of minced garlic shopping list
- 1chopped onion shopping list
- 10.6 ounce of brussel spouts(chopped) shopping list
- 1 tbsp. of fennel(crushed) shopping list
- 1.0 pint of vegetable stock shopping list
- 1 large potatoe shopping list
- Add salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- a dashof nutmeg shopping list
How to make it
- Begin by adding some olive oil to a pan over medium flame.
- Then you can saute the onions and garlic, and potatoes until the onions and potatoe are tender.
- Next you will add in brussel sprouts, and stir until brussel sprouts are tender.
- Scatter the fennel seeds and let this fry for about half a minute.
- Then you can pour in your stock and let this come to a boil.
- Add your salt and pepper to taste.
- Now you will pour this mixture into the food processor.
- Puree for several minutes until creamy.
- Put this back into the pan and let simmer.
- Add nutmeg for extra flavor.
- Enjoy!
