How to make it

  • Begin by adding some olive oil to a pan over medium flame.
  • Then you can saute the onions and garlic, and potatoes until the onions and potatoe are tender.
  • Next you will add in brussel sprouts, and stir until brussel sprouts are tender.
  • Scatter the fennel seeds and let this fry for about half a minute.
  • Then you can pour in your stock and let this come to a boil.
  • Add your salt and pepper to taste.
  • Now you will pour this mixture into the food processor.
  • Puree for several minutes until creamy.
  • Put this back into the pan and let simmer.
  • Add nutmeg for extra flavor.
  • Enjoy!
