How to make it

  • 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Combine all the dry ingredients together in a bowl. For best results, dissolve Cocoa in the melted butter.
  • 2. Add the honey and melted butter, and stir thoroughly.
  • 3. Press the mixture into a lined 28 x 18 cm slab pan.
  • 4. Bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool in the pan.
  • melt chocolate and spread on top
  • once cooled cut into bars.
