How to make it

  • In a large bowl add the beans, corn, onions, cilantro, chili and tomato.
  • Toss.
  • Taste. Add pepper and salt to taste. (Since the beans come from cans they are already salted so be careful!)
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours - serve chilled.
