Crab Fondue Recipe
This is an easy party dip that tastes great and goes wonderfully with a glass of chilled white wine. Hurray for the return of the fondue pot!

Ingredients
  • 2 8 oz packages cream cheese
  • 4 tsp. confectioner's sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 3 Tbsp. dry, white wine
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp. prepared dijon mustard
  • 2 6 1/2 oz cans lump crabmeat (cleaned)

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients except crabmeat in the top of a double boiler. Heat over simmering water, stirring frequently until melted and well blended. Stir in crabmeat and heat through. Serve in a fondue pot with bits of crusty french bread and crudites.
