Salmon Bake With Pecan Crunch Coating

- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard shopping list
- 2 tablespoons melted butter shopping list
- 4 teaspoons honey shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 cup pecans finely chopped shopping list
- 2 teaspoons chopped parsley shopping list
- 4 salmon fillets shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- lemon wedges shopping list
How to make it
- Mix first 3 ingredients in bowl and set aside.
- Mix together next 3 ingredients in bowl and set aside.
- Season each fillet with salt and pepper then place on lightly greased baking sheet.
- Brush each with mustard honey mix then pat top of each fillet with bread crumb mix.
- Bake at 450 for 10 minutes per inch of thickness measured at thickest part.
- Serve with lemon wedges.
