How to make it

  • Heat oven to 350. Combine 2tbs of the jam,the mustard,chopped nuts and bread crumbs in a small bowl to form a thick paste.
  • Lightly flour chicken;shake off excess. Spread 1 tsp. jam on each chicken breast,covering both sides Place breasts in baking dish large enough to hold them. Spread seasoned paste on top.
  • Bake for 20 mins or till chicken is no longer pink in the center. Place under heated broiler to crisp,1 to 2 mins. Great served with an easy pilaf.
  • Easy Rice Pilaf:
  • Prepare your favorite white rice following package directions. During the last 3 to 4 mins of cooking,stir in some thawed green peas,chopped dried apricots and chopped salted nuts such as cashews.
