How to make it

  • - spray lg skillet with cooking spray. add mushrooms, celery and onion. cook over med heat, stirring frequently, 5 min or until mushrooms and onions are tender. spoon into slow cooker. add thyme, pepper and broth. stir. add turkey and cover. cook on low 5-6 hours.
  • - about 20 min before serving, stir flour into sour cream in small bowl. spoon 2T liquid from cooker into bowl. stir well. stir sour cream mixture into slow cooker. cover and cook 10 min more.
  • - serve with noodles.
  • works best in 1.5qt cooker
  • serves 2: 310 cal, 3g fat, 30g protein, 42g carb, 100mg chol, 3g fiber, 123mg sodium
