Harvey Wallbanger Cake

For those who can't decide between dessert or cocktails.
Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix shopping list
- 1 3oz box instant vanilla pudding mix shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup orange juice shopping list
- 1/4 cup Galliano liqueur shopping list
- 1/4 cup vodka shopping list
- Glaze: shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter shopping list
- 2 tablespoons orange juice shopping list
- 1 tablespoons Galliano liqueur shopping list
- 1 cup powdered sugar shopping list
How to make it
- In a large mixing bowl, sift together cake and pudding mixes.
- Add remaining ingredients and beat on medium speed for 3 minutes.
- Pour batter into greased and floured bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes then turn out onto wire rack with shallow pan underneath.
- Glaze:
- In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, melt butter then add remaining ingredients. Stir until combined. Do not boil.
- Pour glaze over warm cake. Cool completely.
