How to make it

  • Toss the fruit with sugar,juice and cornstarch
  • Place fruit in an 8 inch sqaure pan
  • Mix flour, sugar
  • With fingertips cut in butter until crimbly
  • Sprinkle over fruit
  • Bake in a 375F oven about 1 hour or until browned and bubbly
  • Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream
