Blueberry And Nectarine Crisp Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 nectarine pitted and cut up into eights
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1/2 cup of sugar or less if desired
  • 2 tsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs cornstarch
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 stick butter cup up in small pieces

Directions
  1. Toss the fruit with sugar,juice and cornstarch
  2. Place fruit in an 8 inch sqaure pan
  3. Mix flour, sugar
  4. With fingertips cut in butter until crimbly
  5. Sprinkle over fruit
  6. Bake in a 375F oven about 1 hour or until browned and bubbly
  7. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream
