How to make it

  • clean and remove stems from brusell sprouts
  • Cut each sprout in half and then then thinly slice eash half as you were preparinng cabbage for coleslaw
  • Saute them in some olive oil until tender but not over cooked
  • Add salt and fresh grated black pepper to taste.
  • Then sqeeze on some fresh lime juice
  • If you want some extra zing, add some grated lime zest
  • I personaly would saute in some finely chopped shallots
