How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 400
  • Put wax paper on flat baking sheet. Place provolone cheese slices about half an inch apart
  • Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are crisp and browned
  • Use wax paper to remove from sheet and drape over cylinder. I lay them on their side with rolling pin between them to create half moons. Let them cool in this position.
  • Ground your turkey meat, add taco seasonings and onions
  • Fill provolone taco shells with meat lettuce tomato and Guacamole Hot Sauce (see recipe)
  • Serve with 12 oz tossed green salad and cilantro lime dressing (see recipie
