Antigrain Tacos

- 1 lb lean ground turkey shopping list
- Your favorite taco seasoning shopping list
- 1 Chopped onion (yer choice) shopping list
- 16 oz bag of shredded lettuce shopping list
- 8 slices provolone cheese shopping list
- guacamole hot sauce shopping list
- wax paper shopping list
- Long cylinder shaped object to hang shells on. I use a simple wood rolling pin that doesn't have any handles. It's about 1 inch in diameter. shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 400
- Put wax paper on flat baking sheet. Place provolone cheese slices about half an inch apart
- Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are crisp and browned
- Use wax paper to remove from sheet and drape over cylinder. I lay them on their side with rolling pin between them to create half moons. Let them cool in this position.
- Ground your turkey meat, add taco seasonings and onions
- Fill provolone taco shells with meat lettuce tomato and Guacamole Hot Sauce (see recipe)
