Gucamole Hot Sauce

- 2 Large avocados shopping list
- 4 Tomatillas shopping list
- 1 small brown shallot (I can't eat green onions substitute what you like) shopping list
- 2 Cerrano Chillis shopping list
- 1/2 Cup Cliantro shopping list
- 1/4 Cup non fat plain yogurt or sourcream shopping list
How to make it
- Peel Tomatillas quarter and add to cuisinart mini prep plus
- Remove stems from cilantro and fill half a cup with flowers. Add to cuisinart
- Quarter shallot and add to cuisinart
- Slice Serrano Chillis down the middle. Remove or keep seeds based on how much heat you want for sauce. More seeds equal more heat. Remove stems cut in half add to cuisnart. Press chop, then grind untill it's the consistancy of salsa. Set aside
- Remove fruit meat from ripened avocados. I cut them in half, slice long ways then horizantly cubing them insde skin. I then take a spoon and remove meat. Drop in serving dish.
- Mix 1/4 Cup Yogurt/Sourcream with avocado untill smooth
- Mix in tomatilla salsa
