Crab Souffle

- 1 lb crab Meat shopping list
- 1 cup fat free half and half shopping list
- 1/2 cup cooked chopped sweet red peppers shopping list
- 1/2 small onion, diced shopping list
- 1/4 cup dried bread crumbs shopping list
- 1/3 tsp dry mustard shopping list
- 2 large eggs (or egg substitute) shopping list
- 1/3 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/3 tsp black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 tsp wocestershire sauce shopping list
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg shopping list
- 1 T chives shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients except crab. Fold in crabmeat gently trying to avoid breaking up lumps. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until firm. Toothpick should come out clean. Bake in a 8x8 baking dish. Serve hot.
