How to make it

  • Mix all ingredients except crab. Fold in crabmeat gently trying to avoid breaking up lumps. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until firm. Toothpick should come out clean. Bake in a 8x8 baking dish. Serve hot.

    Thank you for this. It sounds very delish! I thought "souffle" meant beaten egg whites folded into the body of the recipe.

    I hope I am wrong ( I'm lazy!!) Please advise. I do love crab!!
