- 2 c fresh raspberries shopping list
- 2 c water shopping list
- 2/3 c sugar shopping list
- 1/4 c corn starch (or potato starch) shopping list
- 1 c heavy cream shopping list
How to make it
- Cook raspberries in 1 1/2c water until the berries are very soft, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the berries from heat, and puree in blender or food processor.
- Return the puree to th epot, and add sugar.
- Stir, cooking over low heat.
- In a bowl, combine starch and 1/2 c water.
- Gradually, slowly add to fruit, stirring constantly until th emixture thickens.
- Remove from heat, pour into a bowl, and chill.
- Garnish with heavy cream (plain or whipped) just before serving.
