How to make it

  • In a double boiler over medium-high heat, add heavy cream, salt, Jalapeno juice and 4 slices of American
  • Mix slowly until the cheese is mostly melted
  • Add the cheddar, chopped Jalapenos and the rest of the cheese slices.
  • Continue to stir until completely melted
  • Use it for a cheese sauce over enchiladas or just dip your tortilla chips and enjoy.
  • My first exclamation after tasting it was "Yes! I've finally got it!"
