Chocolate-Peanut Ice Cream Dessert

Chocolate sandwich cookies layered with ice cream, fudge, caramel sauce, and peanuts makes for an ooey-gooey frozen treat.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup butter shopping list
- 1 cup evaporated milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream shopping list
- 25 Oreo cookies shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter, melted shopping list
- 1 pt. caramel sauce shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup Spanish peanuts, crushed slightly shopping list
How to make it
- Mix 1/3 cup butter, evaporated milk, chocolate chips and powedered sugar in a saucepan.
- Boil for 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add vanilla and cool.
- Soften ice cream.
- Crush oreo cookies and mix with 1/2 cup melted butter.
- Begin to layer in a 9x13 pan.
- 1 layer: crushed oreos
- 2nd layer: softened vanilla ice cream
- 3rd layer: Spanish peanuts
- 4th layer: cooled Fudge sauce
- 5th layer: Caramel sauce
- Store in freezer until ready to serve.
