Cornstarch cookies Recipe

How to make it

  • Cream butter and sugar
  • Add eggs, continue beating until smooth.
  • Sift flour, baking powder and cornstarch.
  • Add flour-cornstarch mixture to butter mixture.
  • Mix thoroughly, add vanilla, mix again.
  • Drop by spoonful in an ungreased cookie sheets or pressed out from a cookie presser.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 8-10 mins or until light brown.
