Ingredients
  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. flour
  • ½ tsp. Baking powder
  • 1lb. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla extract

Directions
  1. Cream butter and sugar
  2. Add eggs, continue beating until smooth.
  3. Sift flour, baking powder and cornstarch.
  4. Add flour-cornstarch mixture to butter mixture.
  5. Mix thoroughly, add vanilla, mix again.
  6. Drop by spoonful in an ungreased cookie sheets or pressed out from a cookie presser.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees F for 8-10 mins or until light brown.
