How to make it

  • Crush the cheese with a fork
  • Mix in the butter
  • Add onion, salt pepper, caraway and paprika
  • Blend with a fork
  • Add beer continue blending until smooth
  • Leave as long as possible to allow taste to mature.
  • Serve with garnish of freshly cut chives
