The perfect spread to accompany Bavarian beer and Bavarian pretzels in the beergarden. Other than that, the perfect snack.

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup of very mature Camembert (runny) or 1/2 Camembert 1/2 Romadur
  • 2 ounces butter
  • 2 tablespoons lager beer
  • 1/2 an onion
  • 1-2 teaspoons of sweet (Hungarian) paprika
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground caraway seeds
  • salt, pepper
  • chives

Directions
  1. Crush the cheese with a fork
  2. Mix in the butter
  3. Add onion, salt pepper, caraway and paprika
  4. Blend with a fork
  5. Add beer continue blending until smooth
  6. Leave as long as possible to allow taste to mature.
  7. Serve with garnish of freshly cut chives
