How to make it

  • Dust chicken and shrimp with flour and set aside.
  • In large skillet heat oil over medium heat then add chicken and sear 1 minute on each side.
  • Add shrimp and garlic and sauté stirring constantly for 2 minute turning shrimp after 1 minute.
  • Add salt, pepper and wine then cook to reduce for 2 minutes.
  • Add mushrooms, tomatoes, parsley and stock then cook 2 minutes longer and toss with hot pasta.
