Ingredients
  • 3 TBS Flour
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb round steak 1 1/2" thick
  • 2TBS oil
  • 1Large onion- sliced
  • 1/2 Cup celery - cut up
  • 1/2 Green pepper - sliced
  • 3/4 cup Burgundy Wine
  • 1/2 Cup tomato juice

Directions
  1. Combine flour, salt and pepper; pound into meat
  2. Brown meat in hot oil; add onions. green pepper, celery and 1/2 of the wine
  3. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes
  4. Add tomato juice and remaining wine continue cooking for 1 hour
