How to make it

  • Combine flour, salt and pepper; pound into meat
  • Brown meat in hot oil; add onions. green pepper, celery and 1/2 of the wine
  • Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes
  • Add tomato juice and remaining wine continue cooking for 1 hour
