Swiss Steak With Red Wine

- 3 TBS flour shopping list
- 3/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 1/2 lb round steak 1 1/2" thick shopping list
- 2TBS oil shopping list
- 1Large onion- sliced shopping list
- 1/2 Cup celery - cut up shopping list
- 1/2 green pepper - sliced shopping list
- 3/4 cup Burgundy wine shopping list
- 1/2 Cup tomato juice shopping list
How to make it
- Combine flour, salt and pepper; pound into meat
- Brown meat in hot oil; add onions. green pepper, celery and 1/2 of the wine
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes
- Add tomato juice and remaining wine continue cooking for 1 hour

Love the red wine as it is a great addition. sounds very tasty though I am a vegetarian I can sub out grillers...good job with this...thanks....susie
