- Seasoning: shopping list
- 2 table spoon yogurt. shopping list
- 1 table spoon Tahina. shopping list
- juice of 1 lemon. shopping list
- 2 table spoon pomegranate juice. shopping list
- 2 mashed cloves of garlic. shopping list
- ½ table spoon dry mint. shopping list
- 4 table spoon olive oil. shopping list
- salt as desired. shopping list
- The salad: shopping list
- 2 big cucumbers. shopping list
- 1 big capsicum. shopping list
- 1 medium tomato. shopping list
- 300 gms. chicken breast. shopping list
- 100 gms. Haloom cheese. shopping list
- 5 lattes leaves. shopping list
- ½ can boiled chickpeas. shopping list
- A dash of Summak. shopping list
How to make it
- The Seasoning:
- Mix the yogurt, Tahina, lemon juice, pomegranate juice, dry mint, garlic, olove oil and the salt well.
- The salad:
- Boil the chicken and cut into small cubes then fry in the oil until it gets a red color.
- Cut the cheese into small cubes.
- Cut the vegetables (cucumbers, capsicum, and tomato) and the chickpeas and ¾ of the seasoning.
- Put the mixture in the serving dish, cut the lattes and put it in the middle then add the fried chicken on the lattes, then spread the cheese, and add the rest of the seasoning, and spread the Summak.
