Ingredients
  • Seasoning:
  • 2 table spoon yogurt.
  • 1 table spoon Tahina.
  • Juice of 1 lemon.
  • 2 table spoon pomegranate juice.
  • 2 mashed cloves of garlic.
  • ½ table spoon dry mint.
  • 4 table spoon olive oil.
  • Salt as desired.
  • The salad:
  • 2 big cucumbers.
  • 1 big capsicum.
  • 1 medium tomato.
  • 300 gms. Chicken breast.
  • 100 gms. Haloom cheese.
  • 5 lattes leaves.
  • ½ can boiled chickpeas.
  • A dash of Summak.

Directions
  1. The Seasoning:
  2. Mix the yogurt, Tahina, lemon juice, pomegranate juice, dry mint, garlic, olove oil and the salt well.
  3. The salad:
  4. Boil the chicken and cut into small cubes then fry in the oil until it gets a red color.
  5. Cut the cheese into small cubes.
  6. Cut the vegetables (cucumbers, capsicum, and tomato) and the chickpeas and ¾ of the seasoning.
  7. Put the mixture in the serving dish, cut the lattes and put it in the middle then add the fried chicken on the lattes, then spread the cheese, and add the rest of the seasoning, and spread the Summak.
