Frozen Fruit Tart Recipe
So easy and so good. For a twist,use peach yogurt,sliced peaches and drizzle with maple syrup.

Ingredients
  • 2 to 21/4c low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 9"ready-made graham cracker crust
  • 12 oz. fresh blackberries
  • 2 Tbs confectioners sugar

Directions
  1. Whip yogurt and pour into pie crust. Use the back of a spoon to smooth the yogurt evenly. Place pie in freezer for 3 to 4 hours.
  2. Remove and place fresh berries on top.
  3. Replace in freezer for at least 20 mins. Dust top with confectioners sugar and serve.
