Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 2 Tbsp orange juice
- 2 Tbsp marmalade
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together, marinate meat for 1 hour, stirring occasionally. Brush over meat while grilling.

For a sweeter one, try mandarin oranges instead and use on pork or mild fish. Add a little finely diced red onion to up the spicyness. Let it sit in fridge overnight.
