Made this for school (Culinary Art Institute of America), this comes from the New England Region
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 2 tbsp dill pickles, finely diced shopping list
- 2 tbsp capers, finely diced shopping list
- 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped shopping list
- 1 tbsp lemon juice shopping list
- to taste - salt and pepper shopping list
- dash- worcestershire sauce shopping list
- dash- Tabasco sauce shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the mayo, dill pickles, hard-boiled egg, and lemon juice in a bowl
- blend until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated
- season to taste with salt, pepper, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces
- Chill mixture thoroughly before serving
