Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp dill pickles, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp capers, finely diced
  • 1 hard-boiled egg, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • to taste - salt and pepper
  • dash- Worcestershire sauce
  • dash- Tabasco sauce

Directions
  1. Mix the mayo, dill pickles, hard-boiled egg, and lemon juice in a bowl
  2. blend until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated
  3. season to taste with salt, pepper, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces
  4. Chill mixture thoroughly before serving
