Always looking for an easy side that isn't potato and this is one of them.

Ingredients
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 tbls. butter
- 1 1/3 cup orzo, uncooked
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) beef consomme
- 1 cup water
- 1 small can mushrooms, undrained
- 1 tbls. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4-1/2 tsp. soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In skillet, saute onion in butter until tender
- Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil
- Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until pasta is tender and liquid is gone
