Ingredients

2 Tbl lemon juice

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp liquid smoke

1/4 tsp pepper

1/4 tsp garlic powder

3 lbs chicken breasts (strips)

8 flour tortillas

2 Tbl vegatable oil

1 red pepper

1 green pepper

1 onion-medium

Directions

Combine the first 5 ingredients

Chill for 30 minutes

Drain and reserve

Heat oil

Add chicken (~3 minutes each side)

Add marinade-stir constantly

Add peppers and onion

Saute 'til crisp and tender

Heat tortillas wrapped in aluminum foil for 15 minutes at 350 degrees
