Tomatoes A La Provencale

- 4 medium tomatoes shopping list
- 3 garlic cloves shopping list
- 1/2 cup minced parsley shopping list
- 1/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Cut tomatoes in half around the hemisphere.
- Be careful to keep skin intact then scoop pulp out into a bowl.
- Mince garlic then add it, parsley, salt, pepper and bread crumbs to the pulp.
- Return mixture to hollowed out skins then arrange tomatoes in lightly oiled baking dish.
- Place under preheated broiler for 10 minutes.
