How to make it

  • Add 1 tsp oil n 1 tsp salt 2 basmati rice n soak in water for 20 mts
  • Now boil it in pressure cooker n keep it aside
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Add onion n stir fry
  • Add the vegetables one by one, fry it well till all the veggies get cooked
  • Add soya sauce n chilly sauce
  • Add salt n pepper
  • Now add rice n mix it well
  • In the end add the scrambled eggs
  • PS: Also boiled n chopped chicken can be added
