Another "decoration only" post but the picture is adorable! From joyofbaking... Actual yield is however many cupcakes you need, I suppose.
Ingredients
- carrot cupcakes shopping list
- cream cheese icing shopping list
- sweetened coconut shopping list
- green food coloring shopping list
- Assorted Easter candies ~ ~ Peeps, jelly beans, pastel Necco wafers, etc. shopping list
How to make it
- Bake and ice (or buy) the cupcakes.
- Color coconut green with food coloring.
- Sprinkle cupcakes with green coconut.
- Add Easter candies of your choosing.
