How to make it

  • Drain sauerkraut, chopped onion, parsley and caraway seed.
  • Layer each steamtable pan with sauerkraut, cheese, salad dressing, and corned beef.
  • Combine melted margarine and bread crumbs.
  • Then sprikle over each pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 40 minutes.
  • Yield: 150 (4 oz.) servings

    I would accuse you of trying to make me gain weight, but since you won't share any Snickers Salad with me I guess I cannot be too suspicious. Love the concept of this recipe...to quote a great foodie I know: MINE! MINE! MINE! ;)
