Buffalo Chicken Dip

- 1 block (8 oz.) philadelphia style cream cheese shopping list
- 6 oz. (or 4 pieces) chicken tenders, unbreaded shopping list
- 1 c. buffalo wing or hot sauce (we make our own so use what you like cause ours is a secret!) shopping list
- 1/2 c. bleu cheese dressing, chunky style preferred shopping list
- 1/4 c. bleu cheese crumbles shopping list
- 1/2 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded (you can use cheddar or monterey jack if you prefer - it's just as good) shopping list
How to make it
- Soften cream cheese in ovenproof/microwavable dish for about 1 - 1+1/2 minutes
- Saute chicken tenders in saute pan with buffalo sauce over low heat until chicken is cooked through - about 7 - 10 minutes
- Chop chicken into bite size (or smaller) pieces
- Mix chicken, remaining hot sauce from pan, bleu cheese dressing, bleu cheese crumbles & shredded cheese - mix VERY thoroughly
- Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until golden and bubbly - great served with Tortilla chips and celery sticks!!
