Venison Ribs And Sauce

- 5 pounds venison ribs shopping list
- Brine made from 1 cup vinegar and 3 cups water shopping list
- 2 tablespoons salt shopping list
- 1 large white onion sliced shopping list
- 3 tablespoons melted butter shopping list
- 2 bay leaves shopping list
- Sauce: shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups water shopping list
- 1 cup chili sauce shopping list
- 1/4 cup steak sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice shopping list
- 1 teaspoon chili powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- Cover ribs in brine then add bay leaves and onions and marinate 48 hours in refrigerator.
- Drain and pat dry then place ribs in shallow pan and brush with melted butter.
- Roast for 30 minutes at 450 basting a few times then reduce heat to 350.
- In saucepan combine sauce ingredients and bring to boil over medium heat.
- Pour sauce over ribs and bake for 2 hours basting often.
