How to make it

  • Cover ribs in brine then add bay leaves and onions and marinate 48 hours in refrigerator.
  • Drain and pat dry then place ribs in shallow pan and brush with melted butter.
  • Roast for 30 minutes at 450 basting a few times then reduce heat to 350.
  • In saucepan combine sauce ingredients and bring to boil over medium heat.
  • Pour sauce over ribs and bake for 2 hours basting often.
