Very Tasty Caramelized Onions

- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 2 large onions thinly sliced shopping list
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- In large skillet heat oil over medium high heat.
- Sauté onions stirring frequently 15 minutes or until very soft.
- Reduce heat to low and add vinegar and sugar.
- Cook until liquid is nearly evaporated about 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt and pepper then serve immediately.
