Lucys Seafood Salad

- 2 lb of fresh shrimp shopping list
- 1 28oz to 32oz can of Scungilli (snails) shopping list
- 3 lbs of fresh or frozen calamari shopping list
- 1 large red onion shopping list
- 1-2 cloves of fresh garlic (to taste) shopping list
- 3 stalks of celery shopping list
- 1 bottle of clam juice shopping list
- 1-2 lemons (to taste) shopping list
- salt to taste shopping list
- pepper to tast shopping list
How to make it
- Boil 2 lbs of shrimp, clean and chill.
- clean and cook 3 lbs of calamari,
- Slice into rings and chill, canned scungilli,
- Rinse before adding to salad.
- Slice 1 large red onion
- slice 3 stalks of celery,
- mince 1 to 2 cloves of garlic
- Add all ingredients together and mix in 1 bottle of clam juice
- Lemon juice to taste,
- salt and pepper
- . Refrigerate for approximately 2 to 3 hours
- , serve chilled
