How to make it

  • Boil 2 lbs of shrimp, clean and chill.
  • clean and cook 3 lbs of calamari,
  • Slice into rings and chill, canned scungilli,
  • Rinse before adding to salad.
  • Slice 1 large red onion
  • slice 3 stalks of celery,
  • mince 1 to 2 cloves of garlic
  • Add all ingredients together and mix in 1 bottle of clam juice
  • Lemon juice to taste,
  • salt and pepper
  • . Refrigerate for approximately 2 to 3 hours
  • , serve chilled
