Ingredients
- 2 cups tomatoes (ripe)
- 2 cups onions
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pinch cinnamon (optional)
- 1 pinch spices (optional)
- Peel and coarsely chop tomatoes.
- Slice onions.
Directions
- Bring all ingredients to a boil, then let simmer on medium to
- medium low heat for one hour or until reduced and thick. Once cool
- put into jars and store in refrigerator

I mostly like it sweet with the cinnamon for Chicken or pork chops and my favorite crackers.I sometimes use pickling spices but I was thinking maybe some hot peppers would be nice.Once you taste it you can add what you like.
