  • ABOUT 3 CUPS CORNBREAD (MADE FROM YOUR OWN RECIPE)
  • 5 STRIPS OF BACON, FRIED UNTIL CRISP, CRUMBLED
  • 1 TO 2 LARGE TOMATOES, DICED
  • 1/2 CUP ONION, DICED
  • 1/2 CUP BELL PEPPER, DICED
  • 1/2 TO 3/4 CUP MAYONAISE
  • 1/4 CUP SWEET PICKLE RELISH (OPTIONAL)
  • SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE

Directions
  1. CRUMBLE CORNBREAD IN LARGE MIXING BOWL.
  2. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS MIXING UNTIL WELL BLENDED.
  3. * GREAT SERVED WARM OR COLD
